Have you ever had toolbars load themselves, or icons appear on your computer without your consent? If so, then you’ve encountered spyware. But what can you do about it? Spyware is defined as: computer software that is installed on a personal computer without the user’s knowledge to intercept or take partial control over the user’s interaction with the computer.
