    The first thing you need to know is how often Internet users search each keyword; this tells you the popularity of the keyword. Next you determine how many web pages already fill the niche. Finding a keyword that gets a lot of searches but has a low number of web pages already in the market is the best way to choose a niche that will make you money.

    The final step to choosing your niche depends on your competition, the web pages that are already serving the market.
