RECAP

On this call we had everyone on the call introduce themselves.  Unfortunately, we had some technical difficulties in the beginning: to begin with the Join.me platform that we were originally going to use, wasn’t working, so we used the contingency plan of GoToMeeting. Then the first part of the call had some bad echoes.  Not to much into the call it gets clearer, so don’t give up and turn the video off. It will be worth your time, I promise.

After all of the introductions, we then went into Gmail where you are able to pick up some tips & tricks to help make Gmail & your inbox more efficient.

RECAP

On this call we went over gmail and getting other emails added from our previous lesson. WE then went through Google Drive and how to add folders, Google’s security for the drive and how important Google drive could be for your business.

We also went over the way to use the Bookmark Bar, how to make folders and how it could save you time having all your important links handily available for quick access.

RECAP

This is an audio only call. Unfortunately, GoToWebinar did not download the video file for me to upload due to technical difficulties in the transcoding. Please accept my apologies. Sometimes technicological issue can cause GoToWebinar not to download the video and it is just not able to downloaD. It is not something we have control over. I WILL be looking for a better solution for us, hopefully so this would not happen for future calls. Again this is beyond our control.

WE did a review of the google Drive and it’s importance for you, bith in business & personal. The same for the Bookmark Bar and how it could save you time having all your important links handily available for quick access. We also covered Extensions in the Chrome settings and discussed some of the apps to enhance Chrome and productivity. Then we discussed the Google Calendar, using color coding and different calendars for your business & personal appointments.

RECAP

On this call we went over adding autoresponder messages to MailChimp.  We had a little difficulty because I’m not very familiar with MailChimp, however, we got it all worked out and had more of an understanding of Mailchimp’s autoresponder.
